1. File Sharing/Sale:
The following products and services are NOT allowed to be sold in the Hypeweb Marketplace...
- Nulled themes, plugins, scripts etc (Unless approved by @404Forbidden or any other Admin or Moderators).
Cracked Windows/Mac software.
Single product licences from Themeforest & Codecanyon.
- Any software product keys including, but not limited to, Microsoft Office & Windows etc.
- Cracked accounts such as Netflix, VPN Services, Amazon Prime etc. In addition selling shared "seats" on such services is not allowed.
- Google Products such as GSuite accounts, unlimited Google Drive accounts etc.
Anything obtained using fraudulent or illegal methods.
2. Reselling Files:
- Reselling files obtained from the forum is strictly prohibited.
- Users found engaging in the resale of forum files will face immediate suspension or permanent ban from the platform.
3. Credits for Downloads:
- Users may earn credits for sharing valuable files or contributing to the community in other ways.
- These credits can be used to download files shared by other users or to access premium features of the forum.
4. Penalties for Unauthorized Sharing or Reselling:
- Users caught sharing unauthorized files or engaging in the resale of forum content will face penalties such as account suspension or permanent ban.
- Repeated violations may result in more severe consequences, including legal action if deemed necessary.
5. Multiple Accounts:
- Each user is allowed to have only one account on the forum.
- Creating and using multiple accounts is prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
- Users must use a unique email address and username for their account, and any attempt to circumvent this rule will lead to penalties.
6. Use of TOR/VPN:
- The use of TOR (The Onion Router) or VPNs (Virtual Private Networks) to access the forum is allowed, but with certain restrictions.
- Users must not use TOR/VPN to engage in malicious activities, such as spamming, trolling, or circumventing bans.
- Any attempt to abuse TOR/VPN for illicit purposes will result in account suspension or permanent ban.
7. Reporting Violations:
- Users are encouraged to report any violations of these rules to the forum moderators or administrators.
- Reports should include sufficient evidence to support the claim, such as screenshots or links to offending content.
8. Moderator Discretion:
- The forum moderators and administrators reserve the right to take action against any user who violates these rules, even if the violation is not explicitly stated.
